The CleaveMeter MP 1™ is a non-contact (Michelson) interferometer, used for end-face inspection of optical fibers with cladding diameters between 125 and 1200 μm. It gives immediate information on important end-face properties such as perpendicularity, hackles and dust, making this the ideal instrument for cleaver inspection and optimization
